Lassi is a very popular yogurt-based drink in India which is served in regular cafes, rode side stalls and of course at home all summer round. There are several different ways you can serve Lassi. Strawberry lassi is just one such flavor choice that kids love a lot, probably because of the color. I personally love Delhi street side lassi that is foamy and topped with a thick layer of “malai (milk skin)” or this fruit lassi. In out last grocery shopping, we got lucky to find a box of strawberries and that very sunny afternoon we made this sweet strawberry lassi.

In our current situation of dealing with Coronavirus, we are all struggling a little bit finding a balance between work from home, school from home and putting up a meal together. And if you have a little one without a sibling, chances are you have almost no ‘me’ time. As I was working for a client to put up a content for my Instagram stories, I involved Avyan to make this strawberry lassi. He loved the idea of taking complete control and I had to capture the actions. It was a great day to sit outside, so had a good time soaking up some vitamin D and enjoying this immune boosting Strawberry Lassi.
