To prepare the rosemary honey simple syrup, you’ll need an equal part of water with honey. To that, you add several sprigs of fresh rosemary. Let it simmer slowly for about 15 minutes and then let it cool down completely. The syrup tastes even better the next day once the flavor blends beautifully!
