All I did is whisk the wet ingredients in a bowl, sift the dry on it and fold to make the batter.Pour in a 6 inch round pan and bake at 350 F for 35 to 40 minutes.

The cake taste amazing just as is but a little drizzle of syrup keeps the cake moist.
