Whether you’re hosting a party, looking for a quick snack, or searching for a unique appetizer, Naan Cheese Bombs are sure to impress. These cheese bombs are the perfect blend of crunchy and creamy, making them a hit with both kids and adults alike. And you don’t necessarily have to stick to just cheese. You can add left over vegetables, or meat along with cheese to make this a delicious after school snack or party appetizers. The dough is very easy to make, and it’s one of my go-to recipe to make my Instant Naan
Ingredients you need for Naan Cheese Bomb
Flour - You can either use all-purpose flour or whole wheat flour, or even a mix of both. Yogurt and Baking Soda - Instead of using yeast, I like to use yogurt and baking soda in the dough to make it soft and fluffy. Salt and Sugar - Both salt and sugar together helps to season the dough perfectly. Cheese - I used a blend of cheese here. A mix of mozzarella, feta cheese and Parmesan cheese. You can use your choice of cheese. Sesame Seeds - For garnish, I like to add some chili flakes on top. Chili Flakes - If you like the taste of chili flakes with cheese, do add some in the filling for that subtle kick. I also add some on top as garnish, so I can distinguish spicy from the non-spicy version. Oil & Butter - I use a little bit of oil while making the dough and then brush melted butter before baking and after baking.

What are some flavor variations you can try?
You can get creative with the flavors: Garlic and Herb: Add minced garlic and mixed Italian herbs to the dough or as a stuffing. Spicy Jalapeño: Mix in chopped jalapeños and chili flakes with the cheese for a spicy kick. Pesto and Mozzarella: Spread a thin layer of basil pesto inside before adding the cheese. Caramelized Onion and Cheese: Add caramelized onions for a sweet and savory flavor. Paneer Masala: For an Indian twist, stuff the naan with spiced paneer (Indian cottage cheese) along with the regular cheese.
